The 1980s were a time of great change. New technologies were emerging and with them, new opportunities for those with the skills to exploit them. Among those at the forefront of this new wave of change was a young hacker who went by the name of Zero.
Zero was a prodigy when it came to computers. He could find ways to exploit any system he came across. And he loved nothing more than using his skills to find new ways to cause mischief.
But as Zero got older, he began to tire of this life of hacking for the sake of hacking. He yearned for something more. And so he set out on a quest to find the meaning of life.
For years, Zero searched for the answer to this question. He tried every method he could think of, from meditation to drugs, but nothing seemed to provide him with the answer he was looking for.
Then, one day, he stumbled upon a website that changed everything. On this website, he found a community of like-minded individuals who were also searching for the meaning of life.
Zero quickly became a part of this community and soon found himself on a journey that would change his life forever.
He started to believe that the answer to the question he was searching for could be found within the digital world. And so he began to explore this new world, and the possibilities it held, in a way he never had before.
And then, one day, he found it. The answer to the question he had been searching for. The meaning of life.
But as he went to share his discovery with the community that had helped him on his journey, he found that they had all disappeared. The website was gone. It was as if they had never existed.
Zero was alone, once again.
